At The Career Drive, I’m committed to creating a space that feels safe, respectful, and supportive. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data is collected when you visit this website, why it’s collected, and how it’s handled with care. My intention is to be transparent and clear, so you always know how your information is used.
1. Who I Am

2. What Personal Data Is Collected and Why
Contact Forms
When you reach out through a contact form, I collect the information you choose to share—typically your name, email address, and message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and support you in the best way possible.
Your message may be stored in my email inbox and, depending on settings, temporarily in the website’s database. I do not use this information for marketing unless you explicitly opt in.
Coaching Intake or Discovery Call Forms
If you complete an intake or discovery call form, I collect the details you provide to help prepare for our conversation. This information is used only for coaching‑related communication and is never shared with third parties unless legally required.
Spam Protection (Akismet)
To keep this website a safe and welcoming space, I use Akismet to filter out spam. When you submit a form, Akismet may process technical details—such as your IP address, browser information, referrer, and the content of your message—to determine whether the submission is legitimate. This helps protect both you and the site from unwanted or harmful activity.
You can read more about Akismet’s data handling at: https://automattic.com/privacy/.
Tools used during coaching sessions
Miro (visual collaboration tool) During coaching sessions, I may use Miro as a visual workspace to support exercises, reflection, and visual thinking. Any information added to a Miro board is processed by Miro according to their own privacy policy. Miro acts as a data processor on my behalf and stores data securely. Boards are shared only with you and are not accessible to third parties.
Quenza (coaching platform) For between‑session exercises and reflections, I use Quenza, a secure and GDPR‑compliant coaching platform. When you complete activities or share information through Quenza, your data is processed and stored within their system. Quenza acts as a data processor on my behalf and handles your information according to their own privacy and security standards. Activities are shared only with you and are not accessible to third parties.
