These Terms & Conditions apply to all coaching services, programs, digital products, and website use offered by The Career Drive. They are designed to create clarity, mutual understanding, and a respectful foundation for our collaboration. By using this website or working with me, you agree to these terms.

1. About The Career Drive

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by The Career Drive, including coaching sessions, programs, workshops, digital materials, and website content.

2. Coaching Services

Coaching is a collaborative, forward‑focused process designed to support your personal and professional growth. It is not therapy, psychological treatment, or legal/financial advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

Rescheduling and cancellations

  • Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
  • Sessions cancelled within 24 hours or missed without notice may be charged in full.
  • Packages or programs must be used within the agreed timeframe unless otherwise discussed.

Payments

  • Payments are due before the start of a program or session unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices are listed in euros.
  • The Career Drive is exempt from charging VAT under the Dutch KOR (Kleineondernemersregeling). No VAT will be added to your invoice.
  • Refunds are not provided for completed sessions or delivered digital materials.

Payment plans

For some clients, spreading the investment over time creates more ease and accessibility. If a payment plan is agreed upon, the total program price is divided into the number of instalments we confirm together in writing (email is sufficient). Each instalment must be paid by the agreed due date to keep the coaching journey running smoothly.

If a payment is missed, I will reach out so we can resolve it with clarity and care. Sessions may be paused until the outstanding amount is settled. If payments remain overdue without communication, The Career Drive may end the coaching agreement. Any completed sessions or delivered materials remain non‑refundable, and remaining instalments for the agreed program may still be due.

Payment plans are offered as a gesture of flexibility and trust, and I ask that they are honoured with the same commitment you bring to your coaching process.

3. Two‑week money‑back guarantee

I want you to feel confident and supported when you begin your coaching journey. If, for any reason, you feel that the coaching program is not the right fit, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase or the start of your program—whichever comes first.

This guarantee applies under the following conditions:

  • You have attended no more than one coaching session within the 14‑day period.
  • You submit your refund request in writing (email is sufficient).
  • Any digital materials already delivered remain for your personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.

After the 14‑day period, or once more than one session has taken place, the program becomes non‑refundable.

4. Digital products and materials

Any worksheets, exercises, templates, or digital content provided during coaching or through this website are for personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed without written permission.

5. Confidentiality

Everything you share during coaching is treated with care and confidentiality. I will not share your information with third parties unless:

  • You give explicit permission
  • It is legally required
  • There is a serious concern for your safety or the safety of others

Notes taken during sessions are stored securely and used only to support your coaching journey.

6. Use of third‑party tools

To support the coaching process, I may use external tools such as Miro for visual collaboration during sessions and Quenza for between‑session exercises and reflections. These tools are used to enhance your experience and are handled with care. Each tool has its own privacy and security practices, and by participating in coaching you agree to the use of such tools as part of the sessions.

7. Website use

This website and all content on it—including text, images, branding, and downloadable materials—are the intellectual property of The Career Drive unless stated otherwise.

You may:

  • Read and use the content for personal purposes
  • Share links to public pages

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or republish content without permission
  • Use the website in a way that disrupts its functioning or security

8. Liability

The Career Drive provides coaching and resources with care and professionalism. However:

  • You remain responsible for your own choices, actions, and results
  • The Career Drive is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Website availability cannot be guaranteed at all times

Nothing on this website or in coaching sessions should be interpreted as medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

9. Privacy and data protection

Your personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy and in line with the AVG/GDPR.

10. Cookies

11. Amendment of agreement

Coaching is a dynamic process, and sometimes our needs or circumstances evolve. If either of us feels that the coaching agreement, scope, or practical arrangements need to be adjusted, we will discuss this openly and agree on any changes together. Amendments are only valid once both parties confirm them in writing (email is sufficient).

12. Cancellation by the client and by The Career Drive

If you need to cancel your participation in a coaching program or package, please let me know as soon as possible. Refunds follow the terms of the two‑week money‑back guarantee and the payment conditions outlined above.

In rare situations, The Career Drive may need to cancel or reschedule a session or, in exceptional cases, end the coaching agreement. This will always be communicated with care, transparency, and as much notice as reasonably possible. If I must cancel a session, it will be rescheduled at a mutually suitable time. If I need to end the coaching agreement, any unused prepaid sessions will be refunded.

13. Force majeure

There may be circumstances outside of our control that make it temporarily impossible to continue coaching as planned. This includes events such as illness, family emergencies, power outages, technical failures, extreme weather, or other situations that neither of us could reasonably foresee or prevent.

In the event of force majeure:

  • Both parties are released from their obligations for the duration of the disruption
  • Sessions will be rescheduled as soon as reasonably possible
  • If the situation continues for an extended period, we will discuss the best way forward with care and fairness

14. Changes to these terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect new services, legal requirements, or improvements to how I work. The most recent version will always be available on this page.

15. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
