Meet Mina Stamataki
Hello, I am Mina Stamataki. I am an Occupational Health Psychologist (MSc) and Professional Coach (AC Certified) with over 10 years of experience in Learning & Development and Career Coaching in well-known international companies. I have helped hundreds of people develop their skills and plan or change their career.
Now I help my clients connect their career with who they are, through a strengths-based and psychologically grounded approach.
Vision
My vision is to help people contribute to a better world, by using their talents. I believe that everyone should have the choice to build a career that creates a contagious spark of enthusiasm in them.
I want to help you see your career not as a mere obligation, but as an authentic expression of who you truly are.
Approach
At the Career Drive, you will find a safe, psychologically grounded coaching space where you can step out of the need to perform and plan your next career steps by being YOU.
I achieve this through a strengths-based and psychologically-led approach, which helps you use your strengths instead of fixing weaknesses. Self-awareness meets structured action and positioning that feels natural and not forced.
Core Values
→ Alignment
I prioritize identity alignment over externally defined measures of success. I consider as successful outcome a career that fits your strengths and personality. I do not define success based on impressive job titles or quick fixes.
→ Empowerment
Everyone has unique strengths. I help you (re)-discover your potential even when you don’t see it yet.
→ Balance
I find the right balance between challenging you and respecting your natural pace. Here we do not burn out for metrics.
→ Authenticity
Here you will have a space where you can show up exactly as you are. No masks. No pressure. Just growth.

Signature Strengths That Shape My Approach
• I notice what others miss.
I pick up on patterns, strengths, and blind spots quickly.
• I help you think more clearly.
People often say they can finally “hear themselves” when we talk.
• I make big, messy situations feel simple.
I can untangle what feels overwhelming and show you the real issue underneath.
• I ask the questions that actually matter.
Not the surface ones, the ones that shift how you see yourself.
• I am calm and steady.
My presence helps you slow down, breathe, and get honest without feeling judged.
• I give you language for things you’ve felt but couldn’t name.
Once it’s named, it becomes easier to work with.
• I don’t push, I guide.
People naturally find clarity and direction without feeling pressured.
My Career Story
I was born in Athens in 1987 and the financial crisis hit the country hard the year that I graduated from university. I had a BSC in Psychology and no one could afford to hire me.
I spent the first years of my professional life answering calls at a call center. The repetitive nature of the job drained my energy, and stagnation shook my confidence.
I used this time to focus on one question which sparked my curiosity: What makes organizations high performing? It all came to one answer: their people. I saw around me wasted potential and I found my calling: Help people use their strengths and create careers they enjoy.
My career stagnation ended when I moved to The Netherlands to study Occupational Health Psychology. This was the start of my international career in Human Resources and Learning & Development.
During my 12 year corporate career I helped hundreds of people with their career development, coached young and senior talents and built talent development and well-being programs.
My direction shifted when I had my son. My dream of creating my own business could not stay silent anymore and it started demanding my attention.
I made this career change following my career alignment method, and now I help:
If you are on the journey of career (re)-discovery, want to elevate your impact, or want to build resilient, high-performing teams, the Career Drive is the right place for you!
